Our Durga puja has had a glorious past and we fervently wish for your association to highlight our puja to the masses even more. Rammohan Sammilani is located at one of the busiest intersections of Kolkata, in close proximity to places like Kankurgachi, Shyambazar, Maniktala and Sealdah. Our Puja and all the programs is star – studded, with many celebrities and VIP’s participating in and frequenting the festivals

Dakshineswar Adi Sarbojanin Durgotsab O Dolutsab Samity celebrates Durga Puja every year for the last 73 years and this year there is no exception. The Dolutsab here is over 100 years old and this is one of the oldest puja in this locality. The emotion, sentiment, history and tradition is huge and are the corner stone in our endeavor. The locality which an international place and religions heritage of the all community. It is situated in just the vicinity of Addyapith Temple , infect one has to cross this puja get the Addyapith Temple.This placeis situated in the heart of Dakshineswar. Every weekend and at the time of Durga puja a large number of people comes to visit this place .This puja is the pride of this locality. People of all ages are attached with our puja. We have own several prizes in the last year of which 5th position in Sharod Sanman, 8th in Zarkon Pujor Sanman, Barackpur sub-division and we  are wining the prize for the “Best Exhibition” by Belghoria Club Prathishthan Samanya Samiti for the last two years

This year our theme based  on “Aryan civilization” which was started  around 1500 BC ago.

Short Description about the Puja 2013:

This year we are going to organize our “Durga puja” which was crossed a mile stone over 72 years. We are tried to express our self with our history and tradition which we had done in last years. 

Special Attraction or Cultural Program for the year 2013:

On 15th July we organize a blood donation camp as well as Eye and Health Checkup Camp in our Club.
