Established on the year: 1966

In the late 50’s some energetic young residents of Becharam Chatterjee Road (South) had decided to establish a social platform to bring all the local people under one umbrella. They decided to perform “Kali Puja” in the locality followed by a “Jatra Pala” for the entertainment of the local residents. They hosted the puja on 11th November, 1958 under the banner of “SANTI SANGHA”. From 1958 to 1965 the reputation of SANTI SANGHA had spread throughout Behala and 24 Paraganas (South).
